Philosophy:  Our goal at Coastal Permitting is to provide our clients with a long term business relationship facilitating efficient permit acquisitions with the various agencies.   This relationship is built on trust and integrity with our clients and the agencies for which we have solid relations for over 10 years.

Biography:  Julie Hebert, President/Environmental Permitting Specialist,  has over 10 years of experience working within a Civil & Environmental Engineering Firm handling all of the essential permitting for various projects from large scale municipal projects for the parishes to residential developments and various school board related projects. Smaller projects such as bulkheads, wharves, boat launches, etc… are also parts of her repertoire.   Additionally, she has a vast knowledge of the unique topography, soils, wetlands and mitigation that is prevalent in the South Louisiana area.  This knowledge is imperative in guiding the permitting process efficiently through the many layers of agencies involved in maintaining and improving our unique habitat that we call “home”.

Relationships:  We have solid professional relationships with all of the Local, State and Federal Agencies.  It’s important to be fair and honest in the permitting process to avoid violations and protect the integrity of not only Coastal Permitting, but also each and every one of our clients.  Our motto is:  “We work for you for the betterment of your project and will present the facts clearly and accurately to the agencies for proper evaluation through expeditious permitting.”
